Hello everyone, We have an Alcatel Office 4200E PBX that has been working fine for some years but last week it started with some weird behavior. First the OGM sounded all messed and yesterday it stopped working. After some effort we managed to bring it back to life but it lost all programming (although the backup battery is ok) and some it is unstable. I am figuring out that there may be a power supply problem as when I plug all cards in the unit fails to boot but with one of the cards out it works. I would like to have the service manual in hand before touching it so that I can proceed properly.
